In line with the European guidelines for elevators, every elevator must always be able to contact a permanently occupied office. Emergency calls from inside the elevator cabin must be responded to within a reasonable time and rescue measures must be carried out correctly.
Once the emergency button has been triggered inside the elevator cabin, the emergency call system automatically connects to our own 24h emergency call centre, forwards messages and sets up a voice communication link between the elevator cabin and the central office.
